Can you log in to the router?

Have you reset the router to factory defaults?

bot into safe mode and see if you can browse - if you can it's a software issue...

      Re: no pages

As IANTE says boot into safe mode with networking and see how things are. If you can connect OK it points to your security software or malware. Firewalls are sometimes difficult to turn off, still operating when they should not. The only way to be sure is to uninstall it.

If you do get an improvement in Safe Mode and still have problems with the firewall uninstalled, check for malware by downloading and running the free version of Malwarebytes and run a full scan. If it finds anything remove it.

If you still have problems download and run Download WinSockFix 1.1.0.13 - WinSockFix - A free Winsock/Tcp repair utility - Softpedia Press the blue button for the download, not the green one.

      Re: no pages

thank you for all replies, I have spoken to sky at last and it is an exchange outage. if only they would list outages on a site it would save a lot of time faffing about.
