Hi have you read anything on connect traffic managed 5pm till midnight also have a look at (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users and Bt speed tester Test Result is what Sky CST will ask you to do for IP Profile and Actual Throughput during test. put any more info and test on next post.

To do the test you need to put your home telephone number then
the username it asks for is <routerMACaddress>@skydsl...
the MAC needed is the one on the bottom of your router (minus any punctuation marks)...

Hi it is the Bt tests you need to do they don`t give you time and date. I have done two Bt tests this evening and actual throughput was 813kbps IP Profile 3500kbps. After midnight it will go up
to 3200kbps so does yours get better after midnight.

You know that 5pm till midnight connect is traffic managed also at the moment connect is no good for gamers there is supposed to be a maximum 1.4Gb download daily 40Gbs a month so any heavy downloading you get throttled.

Does it do it when playing games
how the internet disconnects when it cant handle the data its receiving?

I was speaking to a sky tech guy i know, he was saying that the 1.4gb a day thing is rubbish.
