      Additional Bandwidth + likely to get capped?

      I've recently changed ISP and am now using Sky Connect. Got a couple of questions;

      • Although I'm probably never going to use even close to 40GB I'd like to know what the cost is for additional bandwidth? e.g. per extra GB or..?
      • I primarily use the connection in the daytime, usually between 10am - 5pm, mainly for browsing and sometimes downloading. Although it's not going to be daily, I will download a few hundred MB or close to a GB sometimes, am I likely to get capped for this? Later on at night it'll mainly be used for just browsing the net.

      Thanks,
      Chris

      Sky do not charge you anything for going over the limit, at least there is no mention of this in the T & Cs.

      Connect can be severely throttled between about 5.30 and 11pm, so you have not much to worry about if most of your downloading is outside this time.

      Hi Chris I have read that some have been throttled in the day time I think that may be because they have gone over their limit more information (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users hope this is of some use
