    Little help :P

    This is a discussion on Little help :P within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; i just did a speed test on speedtest.net and i got this Confused? lol...

      you won't get 8Mbps cause of overheads...also, speedtest.net is dodgy at the best of times...

      Thanks alot guys im gunna phone em first thing tomorrow morning
      Unless you can leave the router in the Test socket permanently, there is no point in phoning till you get a filtered faceplate. If you put your router back as it was, your speed will also go back, Sky will see it is getting as much as it can and do nothing for you.
