      Split?

I have Sky Max. The router is in my study and my partner uses a PC from their study in th next room. We have used a 'wireless dongle' to pick up the connection, but it sometimes connects and other times does not. Is it possible to connect my partners PC using a cable as opposed to wireless?
      Thanks

      Re: Split?

Yep, there are four ports on the back of the router. You just need a bog-standard Cat5 network cable, any PC shop will sell them.
Usually a simple case of plug and go. It's much, much more reliable than wireless.
