      if you have not spoke to cst agent then line has not been changed only thing that will have been done is auto config work just call again and give ticket ref: you should be put straight to cst just call with router in test socket and short dsl cable

      I agree, only CST can manually configure your line. They will see the errors your line is generating and either cap you further or move you to G.DMT.
