your line attenuation looks high, if your in the test socket and the microfilter setup is correct then theres not much you can do.. what did sky say?

      Re: 16kbpsdwnspeed

From the stats, you look like you are only just hanging on to what you have and in the old days of ADSL you wouldn't have been able to get it as BT wouldn't put anyone with your high attenuation on it.

If you still get these stats from the test socket and your voice calls are ok with no cracks or pops then I don't think there is anything that anyone or any other ISP can do.

Get the stats again from the test socket and post them, if your noise margin increases you may have a chance.

A spellchecker would come in handy. Christ education today.

Bit harsh don't you think? Looking at the username, maybe he/she was born in Lisburn in 1988? So possibly, English may not be their native tongue.

I think the poster was looking more for help with his/her broadband connection, rather than a rating of their spelling and grammar!

Oh - You appear to have slipped an extra space in after your full stop, and maybe a hypen afer the word Christ would have been appropriate? And isn't spell checker TWO words?

i found my visitor message, i think maybe a bad connection in your faceplate, and possibly a bad wiring job, but that is a horrible speed

Removed two different posts from other threads, unfortunately Smithy, I also removed your replies otherwise they would not make sense.

To the OP - sending PMs to members, and leaving visitor messages to members with the exact same copy as you thread is not a very friendly way of trying to obtain help. It just wastes people's time as they have to read them, delete them, and then try to give you replies in 3 different threads.
