I cant see it getting better any time sune for us connect customers anto so im going ive been with sky connect for over 2 years now and in fairness they have been good but this last 5-6 weeks have been terrible and when you ring trying to get help or a explanation its like talking to a brickwall. So im going with o2 when my mac keys arrive nothing to lose it cant be no worse so why not

Re: (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users

Wally: O2 are the same rebadge BT product as Sky, and have the same issues, (or did) i would suggest one of these 3 providers

ADSL24 (30gig limit 17, i have them been on it a few months really happy)
NewNet (20gig limit 18, Heard very good things)
IDNet (bit more expensive but worth the money)

any more suggestions and we can tell you if there good or bad

Anto: you can break your contract, read my first post at the beginning of this thread and it will explain how

PS: Anto, remove the start of your phone number from you exchange lol
