Samknows says it is, buy O2 says its not. Anywhere else I can check the status?
According to Samknows O2 only put LLU in your exchange 6 days ago (20th sept), so they probably havent updated their own website yet. if you give O2 a ring they should be able to sort you out.

Thanks for the info guys, but I have phoned O2 a few times and they are not aware that the exchange is to be unbundled any time soon. They say that info on Samknows is not reliable as it is not their site(which they would have to say). Also, how do you get the picture of the speedio tester in your post?

Re: (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users

Just done another BT Test. If I could get this all the time, I would be happy. Just phoned O2, they say they can put me on Access only. Would that be better than I get now, or should I wait for the unbundled version?

Re: (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users

Thats a good speed, but im guessing was done b4 5pm or after midnight!
Sky throttle between these times and O2 dont.

So its all up to you Kiwi, if you dont use the net in the evening much, then I'd stick with connect, else move to O2.

If you do go with O2, they will automatically inform you when LLU is available at your exchange to use.

Changes were made to the traffic management system yesterday to
apparently allow users using critical applications such as web browsing, streaming, voice and gaming to use a larger allocation of the bandwidth available than was possible before.

So Connect users have you noticed any improvement?

      Who said so?

Also, what effect will this have on the latency of the connection which is important for gamers, Voip etc, that traffic needs to be a priority on the network, more bandwidth wont cure this if it still has to wait in a queue to get past.
