      CAN YOU LET US KNOW ARE THE SKY EMAIL SERVERS DOWN AS THE EMAILS ARE NOT WORKING HAVE TRIED THE OTHER POP AND SMTP SETTINGS POP.GOOGLEMAIL.COM & SMTP.GOOGLEMAIL.COM STILL NOT WORKING i can log in the web mail ok online ,

      Your noise margin is a bit low, but it should be OK, if it drops it will sync at a slightly lower speed, which, with luck, it will then hold.

      You should do better, but there is obviously noise on your line which prevents a better speed. The only way to find out if it is your internal wiring which is causing it, is to disconnect your extensions. You might not feel up to that.
