      Smile Sky Max get connected 16th April ( TIER 3 )

      Hi all Iím new to Sky User as title says I get connected on the 16th April ( Sky MAX 16MB ) coming from BT Iíve just read the news thread about gamersí getting transferred to TIER 3. Could some forum member kindly tell me how, as my two sonís and are mad gamers CS, WOW, 2142, etc, apart from surfing the net.

      Welcome to the forum. With regards to gamers you can get your ping time lowered (Max delays), you can do this in two ways call sky on 08442 410515 or use the KANA linky below.

      With regards to Tier 3, we no longer exist, its CST now, we know where you are coming from though.

      Best bet is the Kana form as Sky stopped training agents on the max delay calls. You would probably have a 50-50 chance of getting someone who is allowed to take you query if you call in. Lot of people get annoyed when you say you can't help them as you haven't been briefed, not much we can do about it though

      Yep, outsourge agent training was never completed, we ask what the current situation is every now and then and are told Sky have still not decided wether to continue with the training. Even been mentioned by an inhouse agent that they were not trained yet too.

      This is what annoys me when working for Sky we are told things weeks maybe months later..
