    Stats on connect, any good?

    This is a discussion on Stats on connect, any good? within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; They are all on 11 same as me, whats best to change too? Under the vendor heading they come up ...

      They are all on 11 same as me, whats best to change too? Under the vendor heading they come up as FAKE, what does this mean?

      Try 13, that seems to be little used, if not try to keep at least 2 channels away from anyone esle nearby.

      I would have said 6 or 1 as these are farthest from the ones in use and do not overlap, but 13 may be OK.

      Tried 8 at first and no better really, tried on 1 and its loads better. Even renamed it to KEEPOFF, wonder how many people will pick it up on their searches?

      None if you switched off broadcast SSID
      Sync at 11194Kbps

      Whats the number to ring them on? Is it right that if you ring after 22:30 you get straight through to who you need to talk to instead of just a call center idiot?

      Got a new router and filters sent out, turned out the router was putting noise on to the phone line causing the problems. I could barely here the guy talking untill i unplugged the router. Are these new stats any good?

      Hi Kev Bt test will show your IP Profile and Actual throughput during test
