I replied to the email and got the following Auto repsonse

"Thank you for your response, unfortunately this is an unattended mailbox and your email will not be read.

      FAQ
Already returned or disposed of your router? - you need to do nothing, we will not contact you again about this
Other questions or technical support, please go to Sky.com - Home
Help centre: Sky.com - Sky Help Centre
      Contact us: http://mysky.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/skyhelpcentre/contactus"

So ifyou simply ignore the email nothing will happen.

I got the same email and I have never had any problem with my router.

Re: Sky want to me return a faulty router that never happened!

When I started with Sky BB I had a router problem and Sky sent me a replacement. As it turned out I did not need it (long story, dont ask!) so I parcled up the replacement and sent it back to the address for returns.
Sometime later, another router turned up from Sky and about a week later a pre-payed packet with a letter asking me to return the router I did not need, so I returned the router they had just sent.
Last week on my return from hoilday my neighbour came round with a parcel they had collected for me, another bloody router!. This time when they ask for the return, I will keep it and say I have returned it. So dont get too worried about the e-mails, just ignore them is my advice
