Not normal at ALL!!! looks like the line is capped, but if it changes in the evening then you've got a BIG line issue...

      Re: Speed in the morning?

Then why does he have such a strange upload? It would not be the first time DLM has restarted on a line.

Unless someone at Sky is playing silly burgers.

possibly, wasn't turned on and the upstream when I last looked was set at 768 but gaining sync at 600-ish...

either DLM HAS kicked in again, or someone has done something to the line...

      Re: Speed in the morning?

      Well

Was on to sky this morning, about to go nuts, but lucky I spoke to a hot sounding scottish lady.

Anyway, DLM kicked in again, as my speeds kept going up then down, they advised that it was not run properly the first time.

They got a manager to override this, said they were very sorry for my troubles, and put it up to 12mb manually.

She did advise thought that If my BB cant handle that speed then it might mess up again, she even advised she would put it up to 14mb for me, I advised no as I am 2.4km from exchange, and dont think my line could handle that.

So manager override, they put speeds back up to 12mb, and said they were very sorry. CANT FAULT SKY BB CUST SERV.
