      loss in speep and no connections to master plate

      hi guys have only just moved to sky max from bt about 3-4 weeks ago everything started great

      i am now getting a lower speed of

      heres my stats ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 6137 kbps 796 kbps
      Line Attenuation 49.0 db 28.5 db
      Noise Margin 7.3 db 11.0 db
      also i checked my master socket and have no wires connected to the plate when you pull it off on 2 wires further back is this normal i have no other extension lines in the house

      i just want my speed back to what it was any help would be great

      That's the best you will get. I would ignore speedtest.net it is very poor. You are syncing at just over 6mb so that it your true speed, less overheads.
