FAO Krazy Kev
Just thought I'd let you know that I'm having exactly the sames problems as you, and am connected to the Sittingbourne exchange.
In fact, it all went pear-shaped for me last Thursday as well, the connection dropped and ever since then there have been all these sites/programs that can't be accessed.
I spoke to Sky yesterday and they said they were unaware of any local problem - so it sounds like they told me a bit of a whopper! It's a shame they can't at least give out consistent information/advice

Certainly looks like there is a problem at the Sittingbourne exchange as well then!! I did phone Sky on Sunday afternoon and they explained that BT are working on the issue but as yet they do not have any indication of when it might be fixed.
Still think the issue is wider than our exchange though as some websites still work with no problems.
Just as an aside I did phone Customer Support today and registered a complaint for lack of a service I am paying for and they are sending a letter out (I asked for a free month as i'm not able to use the service!). Will wait and see what the letter says!

Same Sittingbourne Exchange Problem
Problem started (no surprises here...) last Thursday - the day of our activation. That was a really fun day! Tried all the usual dll changing, cookie removal, etc. Removing the cookies created a problem in itself as I couldn't access login pages for various sites that now don't recognise who I am.
The blue Sky is starting to cloud over now with violent storms gathering in the Sittingbourne area.
Not a happy bunny
Good luck to all Sittingbourne Sky Broadband "users" or should that be non-users.

Hopefully good news for all the other Sittingbourne Sky users... all the problems now seem to have gone away, maybe it's all to do with the weather....!!!??!

Just called the wife having read the posts regarding Sittingbourne - particularly the one from Krazy Kev saying all OK. Can confirm we're now up and running again, all websites working, so it seems to be certain areas that are the problem?
Anyway I'm alright now, but thanks for the help and advice - this site is WAY more useful than sky TS! Off to enjoy proper broadband! Now, where to start...

Yep, all ok here for me now too.
It's all been very strange I must say. But for now it seems that Sittingbourne Sky broadbanders can surf again!
