Split SKy TV and Sky Broadband between houses?

      A quick question:

Is there any way to have a sky tv subscription at one house, and the broadband at another a few miles away? What are the technical barriers to such a thing?

      Cheers

Re: Split SKy TV and Sky Broadband between houses?

as i've seen recently this is possible, but how was it achieved? A couple i know split after 4 months of living together. he took his sky tv contract to his new address but left the broadband on her line just to make a nuisance of himself (deny her internet).. what i want to know is, how did the sky box for tv carry on working when it dialled in from his new line? surely it must have had a caller id of a number not on the account, and been disabled? what's to stop anyone from doing this?

The sky box doesn't dial in (really). Many people dont even have the sky box connected to a phone line.
