      Gets me;

      10 March, 2009 14:20:49 7520 Kbps 452 Kbps

      26 February, 2009 14:53:02 5848 Kbps 589 Kbps

      Previously I got 12000+kbps.

      It's either Exchange contention or throttling. Is there any way of telling which it is?

      There is no throttling applied to Max, only Connect. I'm not sure about contention, it has never been a problem in the past. Are you using wireless or cable. Wireless will nearly always be much slower.

      All my stats are via wireless, including the 12000+kbps speeds. Here is a test done yesterday using wireless.

      I doubt it! Have you tried with a cable connection?

      Wireless connections are not dependable, especially if you have other networks in your vicinity. If your sync speed is unchanged then your speed, or should I say lack of it, is down to your set up.

      Hi Wingco

      As everyone else has stated, there are no signs of throttling or Contention on Max. Granted though you appear to have issues.

      If there was an issue with Max and throttling I am positive that the thread about shaping on Connect would be dwarfed by the Max one.

      Check your PMs in about 5 mins.
