      connection problems

      joined sky a weeks ago, ive not been able to get connected. On my internet connections it says access local only. When looking into router stats i says ADSL traning and link down. Sky told me to plug into test socket but I do not have one on my main socket. Any help plz

      Did I miss something, don't you have another thread running with people already advising on what to do?

      You need to ring Sky again, if your getting nothing from the test socket the problem is not something you can fix yourself.

      Have you tried?
