      To get the ball rolling:

      Mid package
Windows firewall (although I noticed that the router has a firewall that can't be disabled)
      Bullguard antivirus
      Spybot antispyware

      List of (some) problem websites:

      play.com
      ebay.co.uk
      paypal.com
      wardandpartners.co.uk
      nurseryandtoys.co.uk
      microsoft.com
      pesfan.com
      thermaltake.com
      empireonline.co.uk
      eng-tips.com

Funny how a list of websites can tell quite a lot about a person!

      Sky package: Max

Firewall software: None other than the router built in & SP2 (I know, I like to live on the edge)

      Antivirus Software: AVG

      Antispyware software: Adaware, Spybot

      List of problem websites:
      www.itsonlyfootball.com
http://s6.invisionfree.com/Football_...ex.php?act=idx, in fact any invisionfree message board except this one
http://s12.invisionfree.com/Football...ex.php?act=idx which I can only explain must be because its on one of their newer servers

Every other site, including the ones everyone else has trouble with seems to be fine.

      My first post.....

      Max package
      McAfee & SP2 firewall
      IP: 87.82.130.*

      All the websites mentioned here.

Not sure if this is linked but all problems started last Thursday. All started by not being able to browse ANY website. Called Sky Technical who informed me there was a problem at my local BT Exchange in Sittingbourne. I have called Sky again and they have informed me there is still an issue with this exchange, the fault is being investigated but they do not yet have a 'fix' date.

      package: Max Package
Firewall / AV: Zone Alarm Pro and AVG Free

Problem websites: www.scdev.org, any Rapidshare.de files and all invision power boards (to which I am getting very irrate about not being able to log onto, I have a guy copying and pasting and then emailing me (not to my sky email address ho-ho!) the forums I am on !!!! ... how f&*king crappy is that ????)

Sky TS (god bless' 'em) have been told and nothing has happpened .. not even a phone call back to say that we are working on it - or even just a call to say "no, you can never access these sites" .. even that would be better than just nothing .....

You can disable it i.e. enable inbound (though why would you want to?)

Go to firewall rules, under inbound services click add. Then select Any(all) and allow always.

Reply to Krazy Kev - I'm in Sittingbourne too - Sonora Fields - anywhere near you?

This is where we find out that everyone who can't access websites lives on the same estate! If only it were that simple.

Probably not though, since I can get into anything on pr0xy.co.uk
