Speed much slower the last few days

I have been with Sky BB Max for nearly 2 years now and have always got approx 16mb. I know this as my newsgroup client tells me 1.67kbs and as i said this has been solid for all the time i have been with sky.

But now i'm getting 1.23kbs which is alot slower.

Does anyone have a reason for this before i phone sky up

The speeds you have quoted are very low, I think you may be expressing them wrongly.

Post you stats to give an indication of what is wrong. It is useful if you can take them from your normal position and from the Test socket.
