I have recently added an additional user to my computer.
All programmes transferred to the additional user apart from Sky Broadband,I have reloaded the Sky Broadband disc several times without success,checked that other controls are off e.g. parental control.
I have emailed the Sky help desk a week ago,received an acknowledgement but as yet no reply.
The additional user (my wife) is getting annoyed.

Your main mistake is/was using the Sky disk. It is not needed apart from putting under your tea cup. All your wife need do to open a session is click the IE or Firefox icon. This will connect her to the web. There is no need whatsoever to use the Sky icon. (I don't even know what it looks like)
