      Sky Connect - Price

Hvae put in a few forums as not sure where to put this

I have been on the Sky Connect for I guessing 12 months and bee paying the lower price of 5 as my exchange is full

Noticed now they have increased to 17 and I only can get between 0.5 and 1Mb so think its rather expensive.

What are the chances of them reducing back to 5 again?

it would've been 5 a month is they were upgrading the exchange within 6 months...if this has now gone by then unless they move you over it'll be 17 a month...unless I'm mistaken...

Please don't do that. You'll just end up wasting other members time responding to one post when others have already responded to others

If you're not sure where to post a thread, ask a mod. Your other duplicate threads have been deleted.

Sky was enabled on your exchange 11/12/2003 according to Samknows. This seems a long time ago, in fact as Sky BB was not launched until 2006, I think it is a miss-print, or that it refers to Easynet. That aside, Sky have enabled your exchange and you should have been transferred over when a slot became available.
If I were in your place I would phone Customer Relations(not Technical Support) and state your case. Ask to be transferred to LLU or your price reduced until you are, or you will have to consider leaving.
