Change of telephone no: is it really that simple.

I had tochange my phone no: which meant canceling sky broadband and sky talk and then reordering when sky broadband was canceled on my line.

I was told that my sky broadband would be canceled on the 14 Feb and removed from my line within a further 10 days. I reordered sky broadband on the 15 Feb and later received an automated phone call telling me that my sky broadband would be reconnectedon the 3 March.

All this time,I am still able to use sky broadband without (so far) any interruptions.

Can it really be this simple,I mean my sky talk has been interrupted for one month even though this was canceled immediately. Thanks.

It's not over yet, give it time

I hope it is this easy but I would have thought that the Broadband ended on your billing date. Time will tell.

the BB can't be working, if your number was changed then all services on the old number will have been ceased - I reckon something'll go pear shaped soon...

unless BT never unjumpered you at the exchange end...

Unless the system just renumbered your BB.
