Looks like you have noise on the line from somewhere, have you tried swapping your filter?

Check your setup and if you have a test socket try it and post your stats from there.

You are still under DLM and you speeds will change until this process has finished.

That noise margin is to low and will be why you dropped the connection, Sky set a minimum of 6.9db.

You should check you internal setup, there may be something there causing issue, If your noise margin cannot be increased you may need to get Sky to put a cap on your speed to stabilise the line. If DLM is ran on everyones connection as people are hinting at then your's will be one it alteres if anyones is.

Get the best internal setup you can before this happens, leaving it as is may prove to be a poor choice. Get a filtered faceplate and get the stats from the test socket.

Already done....this has come back with revenge now been on and off all day. This has happened since disconnecting my sky+ box and telecommunication alarm to lay wooden floor down in the living room. Who replaces the wire from outside to the test socket as that has been disturbed and is really brittle and keeps breaking. Thanks for all the suggestions.

You will have to report this to your phone rental provider as they are responsible for everything on the line side of the Test socket. Actual work will be done by BTO.
