      Does the main one have a test socket or not (split along the front just above the two screws, may do may not)

      Where is the extension wired to master/junction box etc ?

      The whole thing at the moment shows you are capped, we just need to try and lower the attenuation a bit and raise the Snr's, once that done then we can work on increasing the speed.

      All sockets have filters plugged in.
      So for the internet connection you have the main socket with filter and connected to that is a 15M adsl cable to router to ethernet to pc.
      The secondary phone socket runs off the main socket (not a phone extension) and has a filter also with the sky box plugged into it.
      I think my setup is 100% as it hasn't changed over the 2 isp's (sky and tiscali). I have even substituted the 15M adsl cable for the half metre one and it didnt make a difference.
