Mac codes, sky breaking ofcom rules!

called up TS to get my mac codes, and am told they's have to cancel my account, and it would take 10 days.
I thought that practice was illegal, surely TS management arent encouraging staff to break the law are they?

How should I go about getting them. I want out of here fast

Ring again and advise them you are aware of the rules and if you don't receive it in line with the ofcom regulations you are going to report them.

Also advise that if the line is ceased you will also report them. The officially have a period of 5 days to give it to you.

I think you can use the KANA form for this, it may be easier and bypass the idiots like the last one you spoke to.

What are Sky doing, they look like their loosing the plot lately!!!!

losing the plot maybe, certainly losing customers in their droves. odd when you;d think at these times sky might want to keep as many as possible.
