Green LED goes red on Skybox

Whenever I switch off my TV the green led on the sky box goes red after a time.
Now every time I switch the TV back on I have to press Channels/All Channels/101BBC1 or whichever program I want.
Can anyone please tell me how to overcome this problem.
      Thanks in advance

If you are talking about the SkyDigibox and not the router, that is the Sky box going into Standby, it is designed to do this when not in use. You can turn this off by going to Services>Sky+setup, scroll down to automatic standby and switch it off. This is not generally recommended, you should be able to switch out of Standby by using the Sky or power buttons.
