      Thanks for that googleme.

I'm having the same problem here again now.

It seems that its only sky broadband users that are having problems.

All the other members of the site, who are using other ISP, are having no problems.

At least I now know it's not just me. Just got to trace where the problem is.
Sky say there is nothing wrong and so does the hosting company.

You will need to report this to sky Fault management,
If its only sky customer`s that cant connect to this site its some thing they will want to look in to and get sorted ,

Only thing it getting hold of them, how ever this will need to be looked in to.

Re: connection problem with one site

I have reported it to Sky and they said it is not their problem. I have contacted the site host, to check that their IP filters are not blocking sky IPs, and they have said that because it is only 1 ISP that is having a problem and the problem is intermittent, it must be a problem with the ISP.

IAmNotTheEnemy , who I believe is using OpenDNS, could connect when other sky users could not.
So, could this point towards a sky DNS problem?

The problem seems to be most frequent after 7pm, but does occur at other times as well.

      Thanks for your reply.
I'm currently updating the site software to make sure it is not the site coding that is blocking sky ISP.
That's why you are currently getting that message.

Should be back online in about 5 mins. Fingers crossed
