Is this the best I can expect?

I have just moved house and moved my Sky BB.

The router seems to have settled on a low speed. Is this the best I can expect. I'm not an expert on this but from oter posts I would have thought I could get a better speed. Is there any way to get this at least attempt a faster connection?

      Router DG934

      statas:
      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 1532 kbps 412 kbps
Line Attenuation 32 db 17 db
Noise Margin 22 db 23 db

That is certainly not the best you can get. With an attenuation of 32, on max you would be knocking on the door of the full 16meg. You dont say which package you are on. I suspect that as you have moved house and hence have a new connection at a new exchange you will be on dlm. Dont turn the router off and over the next 10 days or so if all is well with your wiring then your sync should rise. At the end of the dlm process if all is well the sync should rise and the nm drop. If not you may have wiring issues or a call to sky may be needed.

      I'm on the mid package.

I didn't know what dlm was so just looked it up on the forum. I did turn the modem off and on quite a lot while we were moving things around in the first few days. Will that have driven down the speed? Can I get it reset somehow. - 10 days has now passed.

Yes, the dlm process would have seen the frequent disconnects as a problem and reduced the sync. If dlm has finished and thats what its set you at the only way to reset it now is by calling sky.
