      My speeds have just started slowing down

      I am in Hedge End,Southampton area and my speeds have just started slowing down. I was at 7mb but its went down to a shocking 265kb and then it went to 1mb and now is staying at 2mb. What is going on sky!! I use the internet as part of my work as a website designer and website support. And at these speeds I can not do my work!! Because I have to upload large files on a daily bases. Can someone at sky tell me if this is being fixed.

      That's the problem with using a none business product for business.

      Sky will have no symapthy for you this is clearly not a business product. I would advise not mentioning the fact that you are using it for business purposes if you do ring them.

      Please post your router connection stats (attenuation, noise margin and sync) and whether wireless or wired connection.

      You would have to ring Sky to find out. This is the 'Unofficial support forum for everything Sky'. There are no official connections between the forum and Sky. Sky do not support, or officially contribute to the Forum

      As suggested above, post your stats to receive advice.
