I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

Speeds are the same or slightly higher e.g. 10%

They call it 2nd level and they're polite, helpful and not rushed. First level are pretty good to. All agents are UK based, there 24/7, free number and usually answered in a few rings and no queue.

Nothing wrong with the O2 router but I prefer my ex-Sky Netgear so use that. O2 don't get in a fluster about you using your own router but they'll only guarantee to support/troubleshoot their own.

It does if you take the Annex M option (2.5meg) but not the normal 1.3meg.

You'd need to pay out the remainder of your contract.

Nope not that i know off

MAC code takes 5 days to come through the post.

What i did was i got in contact with sky with the online form. they sent me a email saying a mac code has been generated and will be with me shortly i then rang up sky and requested them to pass the mac code over the phone which they did and then i entered it on the spot took a week to switch over.
