Nope. Only the same as already reported, more investigations over night.

it's not an external link, it's on our internal servers so can't be accessed from the outside anyway...

      Re: Sky speed problems

Well I just had a phone call from Sky, first phone call ive had FROM them and theve just told me It may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks to sort the problem, It was a Irish guy that explained it to me and he told me all they can do is offer me compensation which is 1 month free Sky Max - I didnt take it, I rely on my internet to the running of my Business and sometimes need to download 3-4gb files from clients/partners and with my down load speed going at 50-80kbs I cant afford to wait 17 hours+ for it to download.

Someone has suggested Be Broadband , Is it any good?

      Re: Sky speed problems

Sorry Ron, have to point you in the direction of the contract...

      Sky.com - Sky Products>Broadband>Terms and Conditions

      2. Using Sky Broadband (a) Sky Broadband is for private use by you and members of your household only. It must not be used for any commercial or business purpose.

You've not got a leg to stand on I'm afraid - best move to a company offering business broadband...

BE are very good, (my other line is with them). Option for a static IP, greater upstream and better support.
