      Same for me here Noikz.

Though CST have been in contact at least twice a day recently.

Here's hoping to a quick solution.

Yeah, just had a call from Sky explaining that the engineers couldn't resolve the issue last night and would be continuing their quest to find a solution this evening.

      Re: Sky speed problems

Having same problems, I live in Kidsgrove and been having very bad rates, dropped to around 200kbs down / 600kbs up today, If Its not sorted tommorow then Im going to have to move on from Sky, 3 days of this crap its obvious Sky are not treating it as Serious or it would of been fixed already. I called again today and as normal the customer support are reading scripts started making me unplug everything (which I didnt) and when I refused to go through all that crap they cut me off.

leaving after 3 days?? talk about no patience!!

fair enough some here have been hit for the last month or so but how can you expect a service you're getting for next to nothing to be fixed at the click of your fingers?

this isn't just an exchange issue - it's a full on network issue involving BT and Sky...

as for cutting you off - if you're not going to do what's asked of you then why should they help you?...the fault is listed in big red letters at the top of the faults board at present so they should just check tbh...

Sky have no SLA regarding fix times - it's done when it's done...and in this case it's no easy fix, believe me!!!

      Re: Sky speed problems

I have to say you have to give them more than 3 days Ron.

Me, Noikz and mjdj have been experiencing these problems since the start of November, it's taken quite a while as you can see for Sky to notice that it's an exchange issue.

That it is IANTE, I am right in saying that the fault is with the pipe connecting these exchanges to the main Easynet network, and that is what is affected throughput?

      Re: Sky speed problems

as ive been looking for the Faults Board and cant see it so can you leave me a link please.
Its an internal page of some sort for Sky to see what's going on. I doubt they would issue the link.
