when you go to that site, it asks for your phone number but will only ask for your username if you're on Connect...as you found out, you get an error otherwise!!

best site i use to gauge real world speed is BT Openworld

is rarely overloaded so you get a decent transfer rate (in KB/sec, of course)...

Either way they Id prefer them exhaust all avenues If there sure it isnt a fault there end. If it is then ohh well least im not in the other room watching 'monkey world/eastenders' with the missus ;o)

*edit: nice conflicting report,u get india or ireland?*
I doubt it was ok until yesterday, you probably just didn't notice the initial fault as the line was "usable", 360KB/s with multiple downloads and around 60-120KB/s on single downloads. Now it's how you say.... totally shafted?

don't see the point in a new one - maybe prune this one so the Sky-slagging is taken out and just have the jist of it for people just coming in...

It would make more sense to remove the Sky biased propoganda as opposed to removing any comments from disgruntled paying customers.

When you goto a restaurant and you're served cold/undercooked/raw food, do you just eat it? Or would you sent it back and complain (regardless of the fact that you're not a chef).

      A picture's worth a thousand words.

Whilst they're probably not allowed to say in an official capacity, i'm guessing that "Iamnottheenemy" actually works for sky.

If this is the case, and you don't need to confirm it. Could you kindly just give us an update on each day your working? That would be great. I may of course be totally wrong, but hey, it wouldn't be the first time.

IANTE does work for Sky, hence the please don't get personal, pages ago. We don't want what little we do get, drying up. It's not the staff's fault, its Sky's, for burying their heads.
