      Sky broadband constantly dropping out.

I'm surprised to be typing this now as since I've had sky broadband mid the service fails several times a day, and then takes a lot of off and onning to get it working again. I was previously with Upstream up until November and this service worked perfectly both wirelessly and plugged in, so I wouldn't imagine its anything to do with my line or internal wiring but I am no expert. Any tips or places to start would be very helpful, as sky don't seem to want to answer their phone(been on hold for 20 mins now). Thanks in advance.

What else do you have on your phone line, just incase something else as developed a fault causing the line to drop out.

The downstream is 4000, the up is 192kbs. Also on the line is a normal phone and a sky hd box.
Got through to sky, a nice scottish man told me the up was far too low and should be around the 400 mark, said they would adjust it within 72 hours and see if this solved the problem.

192.. Looks like it's could be causing the issue. One of those really weird issues where it just doesn't train as it should.
Do you have any noise on your line or an unfiltered phone socket in use?

Please post your full router statistics, i.e by logging into your router, not by running a speed test.
Its the downstream noise margin that is of particular interest.
