      Receiving emails

I'm trying to set up so I can collect my newly registered email (pophost.123-reg.co.uk) from microsoft office outlook. I can receive emails but cannot send!

      Error message
Outlook cannot connect to the outgoing mail server - the problem could be the server or port or server may not support ssl. Is there anyway around this?!
