I've been struggling lately aswell, internet dropping out, endless reboots.
i've just tested every socket in the house with the router and after the reboot its more or less the same stats.
connection speed: 2101 Kbps downstream
606 Kbps upstream
Line att: 54.4db Down \ 30.6 Up
Noise Marg: 7.1 Downstream \ 17.5 Upstream
I.ve no bt mastersocket, but i have found the first main socket into my house.
My mate next door is with Sky and getting 6000Kbps
Oh and im on sky max....... can anyone help.
I've already tried ethernet cable, but still the same results. Also read the artical about noise margin and line att. And i've changed the channel to 9. no joy... The main socket into the house is a double and has an extention running off it to the rest of the house ( the loop ???), I dont use any other sockets in the house so how easy to disconected it?
