100% Agree with you on that one, no matter how many calls you make they still treat you like a kid, do this do that why? it didnt make any difference the last 100 times you asked.. wish sky would hurry up and admit that there is an issue and then tell users about it, the only reason they probably wont is that its probably a big issue and lots of users may leave.

Sky ARE admitting it - only at CST level and only if you speak to the right people...

      Well that's great (not).

It's not quite the same as admitting it though, especially as you sometimes need a letter from God to get to CST.

In my eyes, admitting it would be to tell everyone affected when they ring, it would also be nice if they could also give an approximate time that it will be cured, or extra capacity added.

As they have to order the capacity well in advance, they should know when it is due online, if they don't they I presume it is not even ordered yet. It would be a good selling point.

ie, Due to great demand for our service, Sky are adding more capacity to it's connect package so that all our users continue to get the best service from all of our products etc, etc.

end of the day we can bitch all we like - we're not gonna get them to do anything any quicker...I just put up with it cause if they won't help out staff then there's little hope for normal users...
