      Steve obviously feels very strongly about the Connect issue and he's keeping it highly visible to everyone on the forum. Nothing wrong with that.

      Hi Gazz I like a good battle never letting Sky forget about connect it might not come to anything as a lot of Skyusers think. But anyone joining Sky or already having problem with connect are told straight away about the connect issue. thats what it is all about Help

      Hi this thread is about connect a Bt rebranded product we are not lucky enough to be LLU Customers yet but I am sure someone passing will help you to solve your problem

      You need stats like googleme says, and your current setup (wired/wireless) and how many extensions etc.. the more you give us the better we can help you, however if your sure its Sky Max you have please start a new thread as this is a connect package thread

      The chaos continues, tonights results:-

      Your DSL connection rate: 8128 kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
      IP profile for your line is - 7150 kbps
      Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 487 kbps


      SKY say that it is because I that my modem is not connected to the master socket. Well its fine any other time other than 5 until midnight, when the throttling (oh according to the techy that does not apply to me) occurs. The owrst thing is there is no real alternative provider in my area.

      If carlsberg did pathetic internet it would be called sky
