      Re: setting up ports

      Hello man ,
The ip on the router page is not the ip needed ,
To open ports you need the ip address of the pc you are using ,
You will need to do the following to get the pc`s ip address :

      Xp
Start ---> Run ---> Type " CMD " press enter ---> in the command box type " ipconfig " press enter you will see the ip address in here Some thing like :
      192.168.0. 2 / 3 / 4 / Ect

      Vista
Start ---> Start search type " command " and press enter ---> in the command box type " ipconfig " press enter you will see Ipv4 address again this is the one you need .

      Hope this helps man ,

      Re: setting up ports

      Ok no worries ,
But remember i am not on sky and so dont use the sky router ,
But its all the same kinda ,

In U torrent you will need to go in to the settings and it will give you the port number ,

Listen port or some thing like that ,
Here is a screen shot of bit lord ,

As you can see the port it is looking for is : 25747

Once you have this and your pc`s ip address go in to the router page ,
Find firewall rules and on my router i add the name for the rule and the port start number and end number and the pc ip address ,

Yours sould be some thing like this ,

Fingers crossed you should be ok now
