      Very slow connection...suggestions please...?

      Hi,
      Since i ahd my tel number changed i am having right problem with broadband..very slow loading of page. if more than 5 windows open no page is displayed. Streaming videos are appauling..i have formatted my pc. netwrok setup hasnt chnaged. changed cables and filters. no luck..ay ideas..??

      all lights are steady green. i have 2 pcs connected both with lan cable...wireless is slow as well as i tried.

      DLM has quite heavily capped your line, you need to ring Sky to get them to sort it, now would be a good time, you should get through to CST.

      Have the router plugged into the test socket to save time when you ring, if you dont have one remove everything from the sockets that isn't needed, phones, Sky receiver etc.

      You should see around 6-7Mb with those stats.

      just spoke to someone at sky...he sorted the problem out...speed is great now....
