      Re: TV Catchup Support

Already tried, sent them a KANA as follows-
I am unable to enter TVCatchup do to the problem quoted below. Can you please enable this connection or supply a reason why Sky of all the ADSL ISPs in UK, are the only one to block this site.
Quote from TVcatchup. Sorry Easynet Customers ... Your ISP (Easynet) does not currently support TVCatchup. In order for you to use the TVCatchup site for free, your ISP must have a free peering connection with us. We encourage you to email your ISPÔ€™s support department requesting them to set up this free peering connection. Full details of the steps they need to perform are located at TVCatchup - Never Miss A Show Again. Once your ISP has established the connection, you will be able to watch the full selection of television channels online. To be notified when your ISP supports TVCatchup, please enter your details below:
      Got this back today -
      Dear Mr Xxxxx

I can confirm that at present Sky Broadband does not support TVCatchup at present.
However, we do however, re-assess our set-up every 6 months and will advise you accordingly if this changes in the near future.

trust this helps. If you need further help or advice, please visit our Sky Help Centre on sky.com.

No reason given, just telling me what I already knew and that took over 2 weeks.

      Re: TV Catchup Support

      Now receiving this message -
Congratulations! Your ISP, Easynet is compatible with TVCatchup!
You can now watch UK television on your computer for FREE!
To get started, please complete the form below:
Looks like Sky may have unblocked it. I registered a while ago, but can't get any further than the program listings. I don't have time to mess around with it now, I will have a look after the hols.

      Re: TV Catchup Support

I don't think you have quite got the gist of the thread. TVCatchup was blocked by Sky, no one here is outside UK. Due possibly to receiving several complaints, they have now 'unblocked' it, problem solved.
