Switch the power to your router off, wait a few minutes, then plug it in again. This will allow it to resync with the exchange at the new setting. If it does not change, phone Sky back, as you are still capped.

A low connection speed with a high Noise Margin usually indicate a cap. You should get 2-3Mb.

PP.Just saw your last post, as you say, it is crazy. You will just have to wait till Sky can fix it.

Re: up and down speeds alot of router reseting

That's more like it. You still have a bit of noise to spare, but it might be better leaving it at that until the noisy time in the evening. Check your stats about 8.00 pm and see how they are then.

Re: up and down speeds alot of router reseting

Are you plugged into the Test socket? If so it looks like your external line has an interment fault which is very difficult to find. Do you have any noise on your voice line?

Your last stats show you have dropped the connection and have only been up for a little over a minute. This is normally a quiet time on the lines, so this again suggests a fault. Are there any BTO vans around your area. It is possible work is being done on the line or at the exchange which is effecting your connection.
