      Re: Connection problem

You'll have to give a bit more info matey!
You say that you have a non-Sky router. As your username and password are hard coded into the Sky router, please give details of how you have that connected and where you got your username and password from.

You do know that your username and password are hard coded into the Sky routers firmware and cannot be extracted without special software.
Sky do not provide this info as a matter of course, you have to find it out yourself. It is NOT your Sky email details!

Gordon Bennett! This is like drawing teeth. All you've said so far is that it's not working.
Please, give some more info. What have you tried? What error messages do you get?

Is it on ethernet or wireless, do you have full sync to the line?

      Re: Connection problem

I'm using a wireless connection and it seems to be working fine

. It says wireless connection is available but when i try and connect, it says sky cannot be connected for some unknown reason. I've tried to reconnect and put the security coed inagain but its still not working, i've got a cross on the internet sign.
