      Sorry - should have updated profile - on MAX & agree I should be getting 9-10 (was at first).
      Just getting p*****d off with the repeated phone calls. They seem to think I can't get ADSL2 & insist on quoting ADSL speeds.

      Looking back to your previous stats you were on ADSL2+ and had a DG834GT router. Has your router been changed?

      Yup, that was one of the attempts to fix the problem. New router increased speed by 0.5!

      Looking at your attenuation, I think you are on ADSL2+. You would probably benefit from going on G.DMT, as your line appears to be unable to handle 2+. Your attenuation would drop to 36dbs and should give you a steady 8Mb. It also looks like your upload could do with being increased, 700-790 is about the norm for Max, you are well below that.
