I have just now installed a USB adapter to Vista. All I did was
      Install Vista drivers
      Plug in adapter
Go to Device Manager, right click adapter and select Install drivers.
Point to Drivers in Programs folder, click OK.
Right click icon in System Tray and select Connect to Network.
Select my SSID and click Connect.
      Put in Security Password
      Connected.

Is your wireless adapter shown as fully installed in the Device Manager?

Right tried that and with all 13 it doesn't work and when you diagnose each one it says low connectivity.

Yes it is. I have even tried unistalling it and reinstalling to see if that helps and it doesn't. This is my second sky router they have sent as first one was knackered. I am now totally frustrated with this as the wireless is important to me.

If you are sure that your adapter is OK, ie, it can connect to another network, then it looks like the router is faulty. All you can do is phone Sky and hope they will send you a good one.
