I had also tried that! Never mind see my other post, all is now OK but have touched nothing!
could you also advise me how to disable ipv6 please?
Also, 192.168.0.2 is also working now! I must be sounding like a right nutter! Any idea why all should just change and work?

As your ipconfig says your Default gateway is 192.168.0.2 it is hard to see how you could open the router settings without using that address. Try ipconfig again and see what it reports.
To turn off IPv6, open the Network and Sharing Centre, click the Manage Network' connections in the left pane. Right click your adapter and select Properties. Untick the entry for Internet Protocol Version 6.
You should also upgrade to Sp 1.

thanks guys, I did try 192.168.0.2 but that didnt work either, however, for some strange reason all is OK now! It is working, I have done nothing to anything, changed nothing nor altered any settings and yet I can access it now same as before!!!!
Strange!?! This is one of the best sites I have ever come across for others helping out with problems, keep the good work up guys, Season's Greetings to all of you.
I believe I am on sp1, anyway I have disabled ipv6, so will see how it goes,
