Losing connection

Losing connection

in the title

i could b e.g on google, msn, downloading something or on the ps3 i always lose connection for no reason... using a wire connection, no extensions used and is plugged into the master socket.

any suggestions?

Do you have extensions in your house, even if you don't use them? If so, try plugging into the Test socket, if you have one, and see if the problem goes.

You could also try opening the router stats pane and keep it in the corner of your screen as you browse. Keep your eye on the noise margin and see if it is dropping.

It does not matter whether they are being used or not, if you have extensions they can effect your connection.
It would do no harm to post your current stats.
