      If you are on Base, mid or max there is no 10 day rule, ring tier 1, go through troubleshooting for slow speed and get through to CST to look into the line, if it's capped they will tell you and if it can be uncapped they will do it.

      Paul,
      Does this still apply if DLM is running on the line? Previously agents could do nothing until the initial DLM had run it's course. To be honest I don't see the point of Sky running DLM on a line which is so long it is not going to benefit from ADSL2+.
      I think the OP should establish first of all what package he is on. There have been a few recently who thought they were on LLU when they were in fact on Connect.

      When I was advising new BT users on another forum, we noticed that DLM rarely ran for more than 3 days, in spite of BT saying it was for 10 days.
      However, BT techies wouldn't look at queries until the 10 days was up!
